Terms of Use

By using Bashara you agree to these terms. Bashara is operated by Shopicom FZE, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“we”). If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What Bashara is

Bashara analyses photos of your skin and hair with an AI model and suggests care routines and products. The results are estimates for general wellness purposes. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. For a persistent or worrying skin or scalp condition, see a dermatologist or doctor.

Your account

You must be at least 16 to use Bashara. You are responsible for the photos you upload and must only upload photos of yourself or of people who have agreed. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account.

Bashara Pro subscriptions

Bashara Pro is an auto-renewable subscription (yearly or weekly) that unlocks the complete routine, weekly plan, product replacement, progress tracking and export. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. Where a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies.

Products and reviews

Bashara does not sell products. Product links open third-party stores; their prices, availability and terms are theirs. Ingredient and safety information is compiled from public sources and may be incomplete. Reviews you post must be your own honest experience and may be moderated or removed.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, attempt to access other users’ data, reverse engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Liability

Bashara is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on an assessment, routine or product suggestion. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
