Common questions

• My scan keeps failing. Face a window or lamp, fill the oval, and keep the phone at eye level. The three checks turn green when the photo is good.
• Subscription not showing as active. Open the paywall and tap “Restore purchases” with the Apple ID you bought it with.
• Cancel Bashara Pro. iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Bashara.
• Delete my account and photos. Profile → Delete account. Everything is removed immediately.
